PROFILE of Susie Poole

Prior to setting up RewardEurope Limited, Susie Poole held senior international corporate reward roles at PepsiCo; Visa International and Electronic Arts where she led and managed the reward function as well as working with the senior executive team to review and set reward strategy.  Susie also has experience of managing a UK payroll and setting up payrolls in Switzerland.  Since becoming an independent consultant, Susie has been the reward lead on key strategic projects and has designed and implemented reward change management programmes.

Susie is a member of the CIPD and has a Masters Degree in Managing Human Resources.  She belongs to the CIPD Reward Forum and the Global Compensation and Benefits Professional Network.
